Deine Aufgaben
The Head of Sales is responsible for meeting the company’s overall sales targets by building a global sales organization. You will manage all sales activities from lead generation to closing, continuously optimize sales processes, develop go-to-market and expansion  strategies and manage her/his own team.

  • Implement customer acquisition and key account processes
  • Challenge, revise and professionalize existing sales processes to reach strategic targets
  • Manage sales forecast and drive closure of discrepancies
  • Identify resource needs in sales team and coach / train / hire / manage sales team
  • Conduct market sizing analysis, assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to optimize pricing strategies
  • Drive sales operations and internationalization including the development of the go-to-market strategy
  • Optimize IT/CRM tool landscape to ensure high sales effectivity.
Wen wir suchen
  • You have graduated from a university with a bachelor’s degree
  • You bring five (5) years of work experience in B2B sales or in a consultancy with experience in working with customers in the pharma or health industry or similar rather conservative industries
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire B2B sales process and profound expertise with various IT tools (e.g. CRM)
  • You appreciate an outstanding collaboration across all departments and are resilient to stress
  • You are energetic, driven and a team-player who exhibit inspirational leadership with excellent communication skills
  • You are willing to take full accountability for your projects
  • You follow dedicated work ethics thriving to achieving strategic target and deliver superior performance on time
  • You have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenge the status quo
  • You enjoy building relationships and fostering individual development of your team members
  • You are able to build up a culture by enthusing your people for their work and motivating them to achieving the bigger goal
