Deine Aufgaben
The role of the sales manager is to grow the business with new customers. You will take on hot leads who have been previously qualified and convert them into actual customers.

How you will become part of our success story:
  • Convince leads to request a quote for one or more audits (ideally through our online platform)
  • Help customers register on our online platform and submit audit requests themselves
  • Engage in contract negotiations and prepare selected contracts
  • Manage a small team supporting young professionals
  • Identify resource gaps and highlight them to the management team
  • Collect and share best practices with the team and identify training needs
  • Identify and capture new opportunities for product and service offering expansions
  • Foster a competitive culture of trust, respect and support in line with company’s expectations and values
Wen wir suchen
  • You have graduated from a university with a bachelor’s degree
  • You bring five (5) years of work experience in B2B sales or in a consultancy with experience in working with customers in the pharma or health industry or similar rather conservative industries
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes and profound expertise with IT tools (e.g. CRM)

  • You show a professional appearance in customer contact with a consulting rather than sales mentality
  • You place high value on customer centricity and follow a client-first mentality
  • You exhibit a highly organized and dedicated working approach keeping track of all leads and thoroughly manage follow-ups
  • You appreciate an outstanding collaboration across all departments and are resilient to stress and enjoy taking leadership for a group of people
  • You are empowered to communicate to people in higher positions
  • You enjoy building rapport with clients and have the ability to coordinate multiple accounts at the same time
  • You show strong analytical thinking to identify cross-selling opportunities with great attention to detail
