Deine Aufgaben
Your role as human resources generalist is to take care of all personnel matters for the employees in the Barcelona and Frankfurt office. You will accompany employee's development from their first day as well as being responsible for the recruiting process with screening and interviewing.

How you will become part of our success story:
  • You will support in a wide range of HR projects as well as get the chance to take over your own HR projects and actively lead them to success
  • You will be the main point of contact in case the employees need anything foster employee development from their first day onwards
  • You will proactively drive our cultural development and optimization of our internal HR processes
  • You will manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding including interviewing for selected departments
  • You will design and formulate an external recruiting strategy to optimally attract new talents
  • You will be in charge of organizing team events and internal workshops
Wen wir suchen
  • You have graduated from a university with a bachelor’s degree
  • You bring 2-3 years of work experience in human resources and are proficient with German labor law
  • You have worked in the startup industry and are familiar with building an HR department from scratch
  • You are proficient in German & English (C2-Level)
  • You have profound expertise with various HR softwares
  • You are passionate about HR and enabling personal development of employees
  • You have a confident appearance and strong communication skills paired with an organized and reliable working approach
